While this marks the Chicago Jazz Orchestra’s 40th Anniversary season, just last year the Chicago Tribune wrote “the CJO has never sounded better.”
Indeed, the CJO is the city’s oldest professional jazz orchestra in continuous operation and one of the oldest jazz repertory orchestras in the country.
